Some really cool dance illustrations/sketches here by Florian Nicolle. I wonder if these are 100% hand drawn as they are tagged as watercolour and  sketch, I’m sure it is possible to create this digitally too.

I just discovered a really nice tool for converting images into pure css. I am not quite sure what I would use it for just yet but the results are very nice indeed.

Another interesting documentary on the back of We Are Legion. I like the bit where they put a Google sticker on a car and just drive around doing whatever they want!

I attended a London Hacker News talk from the creators of Foldable.me which is a really simple avatar creation tool where users can create a characterised version of themselves (or friend) and then have it delivered. The end product actually reminds me of the Danbo dolls but I was impressed that it came out of a Mint Digital hackathon and then sought funding via Kickstarter

A great talk and Q&A from Paddy Hirsch on the economy. He wrote a book Man V Markets: Economics Explained (Plain and Simple) which aims to explain the financial environment in basic everyday terms and analogies

Im wondering if anyone is interested in pulling together a team (or teams) for AngelHack London on the 10th and 11th of November. No big idea yet so I was thinking on they day we could just pick a problem to solve from the Internet Wishlist and try to solve it within the 24 hours. Any takers or other suggestions?

A really cool JavaScript games development competition called JS13KGames have announced the winners. Its a games competition where the developers need to keep the code under 13 kilobytes. I really like number 4 called SimLand which is a version of the classic SimCity running in the browser. Check it out here
